Ingredients
- 1 kg of lemon
- 5 liters of water
- 1 kg of sugar
- 3 lemons of 10 g
Preparation
Grind the lemon in a blender or meat grinder. Place in a large bowl, add water and sugar. Leave to stand for 24 hours, stirring occasionally to melt the sugar. Add lemonade the next day. You may need more lemonade, it depends on the lemon. Try it, then rate it according to your taste. Strain through a strainer, so that large pieces remain, then strain the resulting syrup through cheesecloth. That’s how we get clear syrup. Pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator, and it can also be frozen in plastic bottles. When consuming, dilute with water, like any store-bought syrup.
